Blue Nocturne brings together two paintings that belong to the same night. On the left, Midnight Rain: dark teal and ink blue, drawn downward in long scraped streaks. On the right, Abyssal Blue: a deeper ultramarine, where light seems to rise slowly from below.
Hung side by side, the two canvases become one quiet nocturne, a field of falling light and still water in which each painting deepens the other. Each work can also be acquired on its own.
