Who I am

This website belongs to Nataliia Ivaniv, an independent artist based in Ukraine. I am responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach me at any time at natberry123@gmail.com.

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to send me. When you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, I receive your name, email address, country, the topic of your enquiry, the artwork you ask about (if any), your message, and whether you would like to hear about new works and exhibitions.

If you write to me directly by email or on Instagram, I receive whatever you include in that message.

Why I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to a purchase or commission, to arrange it with you.

If you tick the box to hear about new works and exhibitions, I will also send you occasional emails, a few times a year at most. I will never add you to this list unless you ask, and you can leave it at any time by replying to any of these emails or writing to me.

I do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

Services that help run this site

Messages sent through the enquiry form are delivered to my inbox by a form-handling service (Formspree). The website itself is hosted by a web hosting provider, which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. All fonts and images are served from this website itself, so your browser does not connect to Google or other third parties to display it.

Purchases made through Saatchi Art, Artmajeur or Mondoir are handled by those platforms under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for as long as they are needed for our correspondence and any resulting sale, and for up to two years afterwards. If you are on the list for news, I keep your email address until you ask me to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the personal data I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to receive news. Just write to natberry123@gmail.com. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
