Azure Flow N1 is one half of a pair of small paintings about the rhythm of water. Ultramarine and turquoise collide with soft pinks and whites, like light breaking on a moving surface.
Here the energy runs in long diagonals: thick palette-knife strokes sweep across the canvas in one direction, a current that feels at once powerful and serene. Together with Azure Flow N2 it forms a diptych, the two small panels answering each other across the wall.
